Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zapph mobile application (the "App"), operated by Zapph ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zapph. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Zapph, including posts, photos, videos, audio, comments, stories, and listings ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Zapph a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

4. Acceptable Use

—Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content

—Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

—Post spam, scams, or fraudulent job listings or marketplace services

—Harass, bully, or threaten other users

—Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's security

—Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the App without our written permission

—Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Opportunities and Marketplace Listings

Zapph allows users to post job opportunities and marketplace services. Zapph is not a party to any agreement formed between users through these listings and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listing, applicant, or service. You interact with other users and their listings at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions and Boosts

Zapph may offer paid subscription plans and visibility "boosts." Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Boosts are one-time purchases that take effect for the stated duration. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Verification and Badges

Verified and gold badges may be granted at our discretion based on criteria we determine, and may be revoked at any time, including for violations of these Terms.

8. Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion, including in response to user reports or violations of these Terms. You can report or block other users directly within the App.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including content posted by other users or interactions arising from opportunities or marketplace listings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
